The Banyantree Phuket Resort, part of the Laguna Phuket Resorts & Properties umbrella, offers spacious and clean rooms with a good view of the Laguna resort. While the rooms might need a bit of renovation, they are still comfortable and worth the money paid for them.

The hotel offers a very relaxing feel with spacious rooms including a large living room and kitchenette on the first level and two bedrooms on the second level. The rooms are nice, with a good amount of space, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. However, there was an issue with flooding during showers. The service provided was phenomenal, with the staff being welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location, while not very convenient, is a safe and beautiful retreat suitable for families, although a bit far from the beach. The dining experience was reasonably good, with a good variety offered, especially the cooked-to-order omelettes. The facilities were great overall.
